Input, Goal or Process
In our live we must manage our goal. The question is which first state to be appointed. Input, Goal or process?
Goal is the aim that will be achieved. It’s make passionate because of having something that will be reached. Goal like a compass. Someone will be more productive if have it. After have a goal, we must evaluate our capacity. The capacity that was owned to reach the goal. It’s very interesting to known how our capacity to reach our goal.
Result of capacity evaluation will determine the process. Process will determine what capacity that must be increase to reach the goal. So the goal will increase our capability to reach that.
Determine the goal, and we will be success.
